Terraces and balconies done right in Parnell

Parnell's mix of apartments, townhouses and character homes brings plenty of balconies and terraces, many sitting over living space below. Getting the waterproofing and drainage right comes first, and we handle the membrane and the tiling as one job.

For decks over an existing membrane we use adjustable pedestals to create a level, free-draining porcelain surface. Inside, we take on bathrooms, kitchens and feature fireplaces in large format porcelain and stone.

Covering Parnell, Newmarket and Grafton.
