Tiling

Terraces, balconies, courtyards, stairs and pool surrounds.

Outdoor tiling has to cope with sun, rain and constant foot traffic. We use exterior-rated porcelain and stone and get the falls right, so water runs where it should.

Whether it's a rooftop terrace, a courtyard or a run of garden stairs, the aim is the same: a clean, level, slip-resistant surface that lasts.

FAQs

Outdoor Tiling questions

Are outdoor tiles slippery?

We use slip-rated exterior porcelain and stone made for outdoor use, which gives better grip in the wet than indoor tiles.

How do you stop water pooling on a tiled terrace?

We build in the correct falls so water runs to the drains and away from the house.
